Consultations and suitability

All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment. We may decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe for you. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Appointments can be requested through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Some appointments may require a deposit to secure them. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific booking.

Payments

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking or consultation. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
